Technical Supervision of Construction

Technical supervision is carried out on behalf of the customer throughout the construction period in accordance with the legislation governing customer services in capital construction. The objective is to ensure that construction works are performed in line with the approved design documentation, building codes, the construction contract and the agreed schedule.

Our services include:

• Quality control of construction and installation works, materials, products and equipment, including review of certificates and quality documents

• Verification of compliance with the approved design and cost estimate documentation and national building codes

• Inspection and acceptance of hidden works and critical structural elements

• Verification of volumes and cost of completed works prior to payment

• Monitoring of construction progress against the schedule and identification of deviations

• Participation in the commissioning of the facility and preparation of acceptance documentation
