Design & Cost Estimate Documentation

We develop working design and cost estimate documentation for new construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation projects in accordance with the client’s design assignment and applicable national building codes and regulations. The documentation covers architectural and planning solutions, earthworks, foundations and reinforced concrete structures, water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation, lighting and power supply, as well as security and fire alarm systems, together with the corresponding cost estimates.

The service includes coordination of the documentation with utility providers and competent authorities (power grid, water supply, gas supply and fire safety), support through state expertise until a positive conclusion is obtained, and author supervision during construction to ensure that the facility is built in accordance with the approved design.
