Operational Phase & Handback Advisory

During the Operational Phase and Handback Advisory stage, advisory services focus on the oversight of operational performance and the quality-of-service delivery in accordance with the PPP contract. This includes the review of tariff adjustments and financial equilibrium mechanisms to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Support is also provided in relation to contract renegotiations and long-term contractual adjustments arising during the operational phase. In preparation for contract expiry, handback plans are developed, and the condition of project assets is verified to ensure that assets are returned to the public authority in accordance with contractual handback requirements.
