Service Description
This phase covers the preparation of comprehensive tender documentation, including the Request for Qualification (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), evaluation criteria, and draft PPP contract. Continuous support is provided throughout the procurement process, including the organization of pre-bid consultations, management of the question-and-answer process, and administration of the project data room.
The advisory services further include the evaluation of bids from technical, financial, and legal perspectives, as well as support during negotiations with the preferred bidder. Assistance is provided through to contract award, contract signing, and achievement of financial close to ensure a transparent, competitive, and successful PPP transaction.
