Service Description
At the Feasibility Studies and Project Appraisal stage, comprehensive feasibility studies are conducted covering technical, financial, economic, legal, and environmental aspects of the proposed PPP project.
This phase includes an assessment of PPP suitability and comparison of alternative implementation options, as well as a detailed risk analysis and the development of an appropriate risk allocation strategy between the public and private partners.
In addition, fiscal impact and affordability analyses are performed to assess the project's implications for public finances. Based on the findings, detailed project implementation plans are developed to support informed approval and structuring decisions.
