Project Identification & Screening

Within the Project Identification & Screening stage, potential PPP projects are identified and assessed at an early stage to determine their strategic relevance and feasibility. This includes conducting preliminary economic and financial analyses, demand forecasting and market assessments, as well as Value-for-Money and fiscal affordability screening from the public sector perspective. Based on the results, concept notes and pre-screening reports are prepared to support informed decision-making on whether the project should proceed to the detailed feasibility and structuring phase
